cricket gutload regiments?

Does anyone have a cricket gutload regiment they use for a male veiled chameleon that they would be willing to share with me?

Are you using any sort of gutload right now?

I use a wide variety of fruits and veggies, and I either put them in my mini food processer and make a "salsa" for them or put slices of the whole fruit or veggie in.

What I use: switching off, I use collard grees, romaine, banana peels, oranges, apple slices and apple skin, kale, sweet potato, carrots and probably other stuff I'm not thinking of!

I use a gutload recipe made by James,Wells,Lopez from adcham.com. Some of the ingredients for the dry mix are: rice baby cereal, powdered milk, bee pollen, mixed unsalted nuts, spirulina, wheat germ, kelp, brewers yeast, and a few others I don't remember. In addition to offering the dry, offer fruits and veggies like the ones listed above. I use collard greens, oranges, prickly pear cactus, yellow squash, sweet potatoes, apples, carrots, and carrot tops. The adcham website lists all the ingredients and good fruits/veggies list:

Hey anyone know...how long does that recipe from Adcham stay good? I'm gonna do it today but was wondering if I should cut it in half or if I can preserve it
