Here is my gutload: Lime, Carrot, and Oatmeal with a little reptivite

Sugestions?

ADD some collards,kale,romaine,watercress,asparagus,alfalfa sprouts.

This is what I use for my crickets , I also use the dry to house supers and feed the dry to houseflies by adding a little water.

dry gutload :

Powdered Milk
Powered Egg Yolk
Brewers Yeast
Rice Baby Cerial
Oatmeal Baby Cerial
Mixed nuts (Unsalted)

(Crushed into a chunky powder or as close as I can)

Wet Gutload - Chopped into a Salsa -My dogs love this as well

Carrorts
Carrot Tops
Kale
Collard Greens
Apple
Oranges
SweetPotato
brocolli
