I am giving away, for free, the cage we made, custom for our awesome Panther. He lived a good, long time and I'd love to see another chameleon enthusiast use it.
Location: central Connecticut, Hartford County.
Cage is wood- treated to withstand high humidity and constant dripping water. It is stained dark brown and has a double-layer mesh. The first layer is the 1/4" plastic hardware cloth (for cham to climb on). The outer layer is a screen- to keep crickets, etc. from escaping.
One entire side opens on brass hinges. It has a brass locking mechanism.
The bottom is strong-reinforced with wood slats and can support lots of different plants and materials to enhance the cham's home.
legs on the cage extend about 4" so the cage is self-standing and would be sufficiently elevated over a drip tray/drain.
Please contact me to arrange a pickup.
