D3??

Ok I have searched and searched and have deduced that with ample natural sunlight d3 suppliments are not needed? Would just like some conformation from more seasoned owners. Any help is much appreciated. I know calcium is a must but I have always liked things as natural as possible and powders and lab produced vitamins are a big red flag to the hippie in me. So if not needed I don't want it in my reserve.... so bottom line at minimum 2-3 hrs of real sun filtered through screen window and 30 minutes to 1 hour with no filter outside= enough for her to produce ample amounts of d3 on her own right?

If u believe in natural, then sun and Gutloading feeders are where u should start ,there are no UVB lights out there will provide better benefits than the natural sun ray.
One little suggestion, try avoiding the mid noon sun unless the chams has lots shades to cover also monitor the out door temperature along with some misting bottle water and under ur supervision at all time just in case they disappeared in the blink of the eyes, enjoy the sunshine.
