darkling beetles as feeders?

my mealworms FINNALY turned into beetles. are they good for chams? has anyone ever tried them?

Yes...I fed them to my chams all the time and they all love them...Health wise its a variety in their diet...

I don't know how mealworm beetle look like, I know only superworms beetle, and they are very hard to squeze when you press strong your fingers together (I tried to kill one).

I wouldn't feed them to my cham. I think they're hard digestible too.
