his eyes look a little sunken. Did you see him at an expo?
I live in the Philippines so no expos here. There are just a handful of breeder here, less than 5 I think. I talk to the breeder and all he says are spot on comparing to what I learn here I our forums.

Ok! I would say he would be fine to get! just make sure when you get him to hydrate him. whats your set up like?

He is from a pet store but one of the best here in my country. They alshave legally sell chameleons here. Is the dehydration still manageable? Any more problems besides that?
when you get him just make sure to mist him to get him hydrated. with proper misting in your care he shouldnt get dehydrated. You can also check the urates to see if he is dehydrated. Yellow dehydrated, white hydrated

Set up is good. Took me a month of trial and error to get things right before I order him. No live plants yet since the once that I got earlier died(live in a small condo). No basking bulb. Ambient is hot enough. Consulted all local breeders that I could find and they don't use basking bulbs too.

Raindome, dripper, and pressurized spray bottle are all ready for him.

looks good!

If great that you have everything perfect and planned out before you get him! some people just buy them because they look cool but know nothing about them.... I really like that you look the time to research and set up before hand!(y)
