I went to the zoo and thought I should share some pics I took. They DID have a panther chameleon but the glass was to dirty and I couldnt get a clear pic. Looked great, big and healthy though. Enjoy.

I Found NEMO!!!! Very cool pictures i havent been to the denver zoo in a few years everytime i go to denver i never have the time to go

We have a great zoo and the panther chameleon (mentioned, no pics) has been there for many years.
They have a pretty good chameleon breeding project going on backstage as well ... lots of success.
Our zoo is a leader in captive breeding projects, the next one is the 10 acre elephant enclosure.
We are there all the time.
Every Sunday morning we can be found in Primate Panorama ... we call it "church"

As a Colorado native, I almost hate to admit how long it has been... From the photos it appears they are keeping the habits pretty true, which has been one of their strong venues for as long as I remember.:) Nice, thanks for sharing.

They allowed you to take a photo of the nightjar in the nocturnal house? At Woodland Park you would have been strung up by your thumbs.

Nice photos, even if you don't know a Zebra butt from an Okapi butt if one was staring you in the face. :p

Also a native myself, I love this zoo and would like to go more often. Unfortunately, every time I get back home, I am too busy visiting family or getting put to work at the ranch, so no zoo visits for me. But if anyone is ever in the neighborhood, it's worth going to. Thanks for sharing the pics! :D
