Discolouration on hemipenal bulge?

Hi there. I have a three year old male panther chameleon who has Discolouration on both sides of his hemipenal bulge. It looks almost like rot? I'm getting him to a vet asap but I was wondering if anybody else ever experienced this or could tell me what it is?? Any information would be super helpful! Thanks !!

Take him to the vet ASAP I had 2 males that had a prolapse from parasites the one made it with a lot of money and the vet still couldn’t fix it luckily I was able to help him after being taught by the vet on how to put a prolapse back in it wasn’t easy or fun but he is still goin strong. The other unfortunately did not make it for the parasites were to bad and the prolapse was 40 times worse. This might be the beginning stage of some kind of prolapse or maybe it’s not but still I would just go and see because you don’t want his insides hanging out it’s the scariest situation

The dark mark on his tail where it looks like it peeled wouldn't be to do with a prolapse...has it been growing?
I'm wondering if it's fungal.

No I was just talking about whatever that is hanging out I seen that same thing in my male befor he had the prolapse I dont know if it was related to the prolapse or something else but I have no clue about the discoloration

Here's my 2 cents, looks like there is shed only around that area, which makes it look as if there was trouble with the skin somehow there. The little thing sticking out appears to be a urate. Definitely looks odd, I recommend a trip to the vet.

Thanks for the advice!! But I'm not concerned about the thing coming out of him there tbh. That's gone. It was a bad picture cuz I think he was just going to the bathroom. Im concerned about the things growing on either side of him on his tail. The grey and black spots... I thought they were just shedding at first too but they seem to be growing. I think you're right that it is a fungal infection .Does anyone have any idea how much his meds will be roughly??? Thank you all for the advice !!

Depends on your vet I’m guessing but it shouldn’t be to much the visit will probably be more then the meds or cream. I would go and tell him about the thing coming out also it might be something worse then you think. all I’m saying is when something like that is happening that you don’t understand you take everything into consideration

The med price depends. You need to get him to the vet.

Definitely going to tell the vet about that too! Especially now that I know it could be something harmful. Thanks everyone!! Hopefully it goes away with meds and isn't anything too serious !

The thing coming out looks like a sperm plug but the discoloration is more like burns or infection. I hate trying to judge which based on a photo. If there is no chance he burnt himself then I'd suspect the other and have the vet take a look.
