Our just under two year old veiled just layed her second clutch. After she filled in her hole and returned to the top of her habitat, we noticed bugs in one of her pants and decided to take it out (I'll be making a seperate post about those). We rinsed the bottom of the habitat. We fed our girl (she ate) and gave her water. About an hour after that we noticed she is digging again where she had just laid her eggs. We haven't taken her eggs out yet (she didn't lay in her bin but in the hibiscus pot which means i have to remove perches to get it out...that is a tomorrow job).
Is she checking to see her eggs have not been disturbed? Does she have more to go? What should we be doing here?
