Yes, but I would not worry too much at this age. Once she hits sexual maturity (around 6 months) I would cut back on feeding. I had a female veiled that I never bred and she developed infertile clutches every 3 months. It took quite a toll on her and the general consensus was that it may have been in part to over feeding (as well as calcium imbalance).
I've read under scientific studies that Chameleons "Don't" overeat. But these studies were based on wild chameleons. Perhaps there is a difference between wild and captive. However the live feed that I put into my cage to roam free iis only eaten when my chameleon wants it. Not when she see it. They can at time walk right past her or even over the top of her and she will show no interest. Then of course when she is intetested, dead meat. But based on scientific studies on wild chameleons it is a documented study that they don't overeat. National Geographics was the magazine I believe was the had the article discussing studies that took place and eating was one of the studies in focus.
