Do Chameleons use Phermones???

Hello,

i know of femoral pores located on other herps such as geckos and beardies, but i was wondering if chameleons use pheromones too?

I am asking because i wanted to know if it would be ok to have a male and female chameleon in the same room, but on opposite ends and blocking their view of one another. Will this be enough or can they still pick up on another chams presence?

Im not shure that would be a problem...I keep all my cages right next to each other(with dividers). I know breeders do also.

i know that they have testosterone so I'd imagine so
