Do Exo Terras Provide enough air?

Do exo terras have good enough circulation? Should I be worried at all if I get one? If the doors were framed I would simply smash them and replace with mesh but they're full glass.

I used them for years. If you set your lights up properly on the lid you can create a chimney effect and it will help the airflow.

Is there ever a problem with reflections in these type enclosures?

Generally, if the light behind a piece of glass is darker than the light in front of the glass, it will increase the reflection—and vice versa. IOW, if it's brighter inside the enclosure than in the room the enclosure is in (like mornings & evenings), are there problems with a chameleon seeing its reflection in the glass?

I open the doors during the night and made a huge difference.
