Do I need to still use calcium with d3 even tho if got a multivitamin that has d3 in it.

I have a multivitamin that has d3 in it does that mean i still need to use calcium with d3 with it for my veiled chameleon? Also if i dont need to use the calcium with d3 how much times do i need to use the multivitamin for?
