Does anyone clean with this

. I work at a car dealership the detainers told me to use this stuff I'm pretty sure u can't buy it in stores. I've been using it for over 6 months with no ill effects

Clean what? I don't use anything with a "fragrance" as that is introducing extra chemicals you don't need and that could possibly cause trouble. Cleaning is pretty simple really. If I have hard water stains I use vinegar to remove them (just don't let them build up too long or it takes a lot more effort). To kill bacteria I use a 1:10 bleach to hot water solution. To clean live plants I use warm water. That's about it.
