Agree need to see his entire body. Did it appear that quickly or has it been getting larger?

I can take one when I get home, pretty much appeared instant

Your boy is really obese... Could be a lot going on with that bump. Could be an infection. You would want a good exotic vet to examine him. Not a regular vet. Make sure they have reptile experience.
