does anyone optains a namaqua chameleon?

i just saw a program on dutch televisions bout
some chameleon in the desert its called
namaqua chameleon heres a picc Namaqua-chameleon-in-desert-habitat.jpg
the only odd thing i dindt knew is that his son was siting right
beside him hising at his father and he just eated him 0_-
bit sad to see that but thats nature i gues
does anyone has any of that species?

Nope, i have understood that they're illegal to take out of there. Ive also heard that pro cham keepers have failed in keeping namaquas :( they are awesome, i absolutely love them!! :) But keep an eye out for people that go to Namibia to find those namaquas ;)
 
those are super rare as i believe they are not legal here in the U.S. i saw one at some sketchy pet store he in LA a few years ago it was being kept with bearded dragons. i would love to see if any one has at least one.:D
 
Many years back I was TOTALLY into them because of their unique nature as a Desert Chameleon. Unfortuanatly there have been a few Colleges (experiments) that have tryed to care for these chameleons with no sucess in keeping them alive.
After the studies were done it was recommended not to keep them. Not sure if that had anything to do with the legality here in the u.s. or the exporting.
