Drools after drinking

Why would my male panther chameleon 2.5 years old in a screen cage drool or something that looks like drool after drinking.

Why would my male panther chameleon 2.5 years old in a screen cage drool or something that looks like drool after drinking.

Some chams salivate a LOT while they drink. In my experience it is usually a cham that is battling chronic dehydration. The "drool" will be clear and hang off their lower jaw in strings.

This typically happens when they over drink. Dehydration is normally the reason. How do you deliver water to him?
