Dry skin

I have been noticing dry skin on the back hind legs and on the tail of my jackson's. He is not getting ready to shed because its been there for like 2 weeks. Has anyone ever heard of this? Is the anything i can do? or is it even something i need to worry about?

I would say to add a couple of mistings a day, if it's a concern. I'm not to sure about Jacksons caresheet.
If your able to take a picture, it will help out.

Hopefully someone else can chime in.

I would say, make sure you are misting multiple times daily. If you mist by hand, you can make sure to mist the dry-looking areas. If you have an automatic mister, maybe position your cham close to it?

My Jackson's had spots similar to what you are describing. I believe it had to do with a difficult previous shed, and came off with a recent shed.

I would invest in a ultrasonic cool air humidifer (50 bucks) to get your ambient room humidity up. Jacksons need constant humidity of 60% +

Some Jacksons owners use a tube to pump the moisture from the cool air humidifer directly into the cage.

Here is a pic if you can see it.

I would agree with this advice. Jackson's are a montain chameleon requiring more moisture and high humidity. You may want ti watch this video. Very helpful.
