Dslr suggestions?

After I get my t2i sold, I'm looking to upgrade.
Anybody have any suggestions?

I just got a t3i and I love it but its got just about the same specs as a t2i, a friend of mine has a Canon 5D Mark 2 and it takes some of the best pictures I have seen but hes got an amazing lens with it, I believe its a bit pricy though

I have the Canon 5D. I've always loved it! It's an older camera now - you could probably find a deal on a used one.

Nikon cameras are superior right now. I have a the Canon 1D Mark IV and the Nikon cameras kick its ass. Don't just worry about the camera get a decent lens. If you don't have money stick with a fixed lens. Most of the new Nikons have full-time autofocus while shooting video. Canon you have to manual focus and it is really hard.
