Dubia illegal in TN?

Hey guys, I have been wondering something for a while. I mentioned something about dubia to a local pet store owner and he informed me roaches were now illegal in TN. I have noticed in the last few years there haven't been any Madagascar hissing cockroaches in any shops. Are roaches illegal in TN? The only place I have heard of on here is Florida. Does anyone know of a website you can go to that lists illegal species?
