Starting my guy on dubia roaches today. whats the equivalent of 10-15 crickets. what I'm saying is, give him more or less or the same amount of roaches i would give him crickets ? same nutritional value ?

I personally think roaches are better nutritionally wise. I think there is a chart somewhere that explains it, but not sure where.
anyway, roaches are usually meatier bugs, so when I feed crickets I have to feed 20-30 for my guys, or I can feed about 6-10 roaches, depending on size.
the best bet is to give what you think is too many roaches, see what gets eaten, what doesn't, and sort of play around from there.
