Earth worms???

is it okay to give my sub-aduld veild chamelions some nice juicy EARTH WORMS found in my back yard?? (its rainy where i live and they are all over the grass and mud) iv herd that it is okay and iv herd that its not okay.... just wana get some feed back from you guys.... THANKS

I wouldnt feed ones straight out of my yard, no. At least keep them for a few days to clear their gut.
