earth worms?

hello i have a veiled chameleon and i was wondering if anyone has tried feeding earthworms as a snack? (the type of worm youd go fishing with) they seem prety protien packed. Another question is horned worms. good ? bad? or in moderation?

Hornworms are safe if captive bred only as for earthworms be very careful in bearded dragons they cause neurological problems I don't know if its the same for chams my tegu and monitors love them as well as my frogs an they are one of the best feeders you can offer but like I said in beardies they are bad

oh well if they are linked to nuro problems i wont risk it. and i doubt it would be in there natural diet anyway cuz there aboreal thanks for the input
