At about what age does a female start to lay eggs?

Welcome to the forums. Veileds and panthers can start as early as 5 months if you over feed and keep them to warm. I'm attaching a few links for you about female care and egg laying.

My two panthers mated 5 months ago, she laid 30 eggs a month later which are still healthy and 30 a month after that.

She has just laid a load more now at 5 months.

I'm probably being stupid but the second lot are likely to be fertilised?

What about the third lot? They look bright white and healthy and I'm scared to just throw them away! How likely is it they are fertile?

I would not throw out any until you are certain they are not fertile. My female laid her third clutch from a single breeding about 2.5 months ago and all of them seem to be fertile. The third clutch is not always going to be fertile, or some of them may be while others are not, but IMO it is best to keep them all until they start to mold and you know they are not fertile.
