Egg Slit - How long?

Hi,

My first clutch of Ambilobe eggs are starting to hatch, and I wanted to ask a question regarding how long after the neonate slits the egg should they take to fully emerge? The biggest egg started sweating 2 days ago, he (or she) slit the egg yesterday, and now has been sitting in the egg for about 24 hours. Is this normal and when should I be concerned?

Hi I hope someone could help. My lady chameleon is not laying her eggs. We have everything setup for her. A 6 to I inch lay bin. The sand w perlite and her terrarium completely covered. Made her aware of her laybin but she still hasn't dug any test holes. Last night she slept at the bottom of her terrarium and nothing.

And help would be greatly appreciated.

It'd be most helpful for you to create a personal thread in the health clinic so those experienced with the topic can be made aware of your issue. Unfortunately, I'm not too versed on the subject to give any thoughts, but there are tons here very familiar with gravid females.
