The pics are blurry, however I do think she is gravid. Try not to disturb her as much as possible give her her privacy, and let nature take it's course. Good luck

Thanks, for the reply any idea on age, I can't get a straight answer from the breeder. Yea sorry about the pic quality my camera on my phone and my phone in general has ALOT of sawdust in it

No not really but her gut seemed to double in size over night. She had never been in contact with a male although I'd like to change this soon. Also I have caught her on the floor of her room twice in the past 7 days, and that's something she hasn't done since I first started freeranging. I have only been her proud father for 3-4 months now so I'm still learning as I go. She is such a blessing! Thanks guys/gals light and love to you all.

Don't get nervous til she starts to dig a little...here and there for a little bit. When she starts pawing in the dirt hang up towels around the bin. If she catches you in her business, she will stop digging and climb up and away. It's fun to watch cause they do it front and in back, in tandem. She will lay them in a series of straight lines. But she won't like you watching. Good luck.

I would guess between 5.5 - 6 months.

I don't think she is showing gravid coloration. She's still very green, most gravid veils become dark with blue and yellow spots when gravid.

Bob I agree they show a receptive coloration most of the time, but not always. But I think the colorization you are speaking of is the one a female shows to a male when gravid, and don't want to be messed with something like this.

You could be right though now that I think about it she does look a little small for the age she should be. She might just be fat.

I can't wait! I'm still unsure if I am just over analyzing her weight and behavior, either way I'm ready. She did just start eating hornworms a week ago although she doesn't care for them much i think because they are to big, but they seemed to spike her appetite. Also I know it's contriversal but she eats the mess out of superworms. Right now is about all she will take, except for pheonix worms which she has at least 5 a day along with 2-4 superworms, maybe a cricket or two (she seems cricketed out), and rarely a dubia(for some reason dubia's are her least favorite). This is a pic of when I first got her any ideas on her age in this pic would be appreciated.

Also I see alot of pics of veileds being very dark, blanche has never even been close to as dark as any of the pics I've seen. She just turns a darker shade of green with darker spots when she isnt so happy, I'll try to get a pick but she rarely shows her pattern most of the time she is bright lime green with her purdy pink feet. Perhaps with age she'll develop more?

I would definitely agree with Bob on this. in these picks I would say about 2 months. If this is how old she is know I was wrong in my first assessment.

Yea those last 2 pics are from 4 months ago
In that case she would be around 6 months, so yah she could very well be gravid. If it were me I would keep a laying ben in with her at all times, and when she becomes restless, staying towards the bottom a lot, or starts digging holes give her privacy and try to disturb her as little as possible. If she does all this for a wile, but doesn't dig the holes try digging her some starter holes sometimes this helps. Good luck
