I read in the rules that prize winners are to sit out the following month's contest. Is that just the First prize winner or does it also include members that place Second and Third?

I read in the rules that prize winners are to sit out the following month's contest. Is that just the First prize winner or does it also include members that place Second and Third?

That includes winners who receive an acutal prize. Usually that just include 1st place, but occasionally 2nd and 3rd place winners receive prizes as well.
