Exposed directly to bulb!

I was out of town for about two hours, and I asked a family member to care for Chucky. When I came home, he was exposed directly to the wrong bulb! His color were dark expect for his back was super light, so I assumed that area was affected. His back looks dark as if it's burnt.
Can those two hours cause damage?

Not sure what you meant by wrong bulb. To give us a "pic" of what your husbandry practices are , you can fill out how to ask for help and we can go from there.
