Current Problem – After feeding this morning his left eye clouded over with a cream colored film, this happened over maybe a five minute period. He wasn’t scratching at it or anything. Mister came on about fifteen minutes later and about a half hour after that the eye was clear again. He is acting normal and normal relaxed color. Any ideas on what happened?

Not sure, but maybe he was cleaning his eye or something. Was he doing any goofy stuff before then like make his eye bulge like they do when they are trying to shed? My baby cham was bit on the eye, and one day the eye would be clear, the next day cant even see out of it. Ive been having to wash it with saline for a while. Finally getting better now. Hopefully someone that knows will reply. Sorry I couldnt be better help.

Just an update on Buddy's eye. This morning the eye was clouded over again so I took him to the vet. No infection and the eye is normal, the vet said he could have irritated it by rubbing his head (he just started a full body shed). Treatment is just to mist the eye a couple of times a day with a saline solution. Also had a fecal done, no parasites.

Its great to know he is okay and no infection.
Sometimes they do get tiny particles or old shed in their eyes.
It seems like it usually happens when they shed anyway.

Just spraying him every day will help him clean his eyes

Glad to hear all is well. Sometimes chams get a bit of skin stuck in their eye, and have to clean it out. Ours just had an exploding shed, and the skin on his eyes is sticking out like blinders. Kind of makes me want to pick it for him...
