View attachment 296095the past day i’ve noticed my female veiled chameleon’s eye sort of dented(?) i guess. she’s very new and has been home for a little over a week so hasn’t quite gotten used to me being in the room with her so i couldn’t get the best picture. any thoughts? suggestions on how to get her more accumulated would also be appreciated.
Are you misting often? This actuslly scared me too when i first seen it. My cham does it when he has water on his eye.yes, i know she has been cleaning out her eye but it has been going on all day and i wondered if that is a concern
Move slowly, avoid wearing reds and blacks, make sure the cage has ample foliage/privacy, set the enclosure height above your own, minimize handling, associate your presence with food or treat items may help your little one get a bit more comfortable with you. Hope this helps with that.View attachment 296095the past day i’ve noticed my female veiled chameleon’s eye sort of dented(?) i guess. she’s very new and has been home for a little over a week so hasn’t quite gotten used to me being in the room with her so i couldn’t get the best picture. any thoughts? suggestions on how to get her more accumulated would also be appreciated.
