Post some pics please! And hydrating once or twice a week is NOT enough! He should have access to water every day either through a dripper or misitings. The misting should be done atleast three times a day for about 3-5 minutes until cage is pretty drenched. Also, calcium with d3 twice or so a month. Calcium WITHOUT d3 every feeding! Use the multi a couple of times a months also.

Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?

Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?
