Farina in dry gutload?

I dont know why I posted this in forum format-- shoulda just messaged you! ~
I just thought it might be a nice additive for the Iron/Calcium.

Always best to use the forum - mine is not the only opinion I am sure :) I could be wrong too!

Yes, It is often fortified with iron (and b vitamins too usually). If you feel your chameleon isnt getting enough iron, this is an option. Squash seeds, sesame seeds and millet also have iron, as does dandelion, even spirulina.

Does Farina have added calcium too? if so, that would off-set the phosphorous issue.

It's by Polish Folklore Import Co., Inc-- I got it from a local grocery story in the polish isle

it was $1.20 for a 16oz package~
