Aside from how rare it is, what is every bodies favorite horned chameleon personally as well as aesthetically?

Im a newbie wit chams and just gonna go with a plane jane jackson since that is my first and only cham I got. Besides how cool is it to have a miniature triceratops in ur house. Besides I dont really now all of the types yet anyways

Laurie,
Now how did I know you were going to mention that?! Lol
How is your project going?
I would love to be a part of it down the road!

Jackson's are amazing creatures! I first came to appreciate them in Hawaii where they have adapted and thrived. Truly amazing animals!

Ditto to what Laurie said. Just something about a Quadricornis that just makes you go from :( to :D

Chase

4 reasons

The Quad with its' blue and brown spots, the sail fin on tail and back, the sets of 4, 6, or 8 horns, lime to dark green colorings, can't be beat…IMHO

For me something about a Quadricornis that just makes you go from :D to :(

My favourite true horned species would be the Trioceros werneri and Trioceros oweni. If it were false, flattened horns than its Furcifer petteri or Calumma gallus.

I'm going to have to go with johnstonii. They are so colorful and the coloration of their horns is really cool. After getting Johnston's my Jackson's seem a bit boring. :)
Quads are awesome looking chameleons but all the ones I've had are just too shy to enjoy.

I'm going with johnstoni. Both the females and the males have equallly increadible colors. They also have outstanding social personalities.

I'm also starting to really appreciate jacksonii.jacksonii. The females can have 3 or 1 horn and are live bearers! No eggs to go bad!

Deremensis

I love the sails. Quadricornis are cool for the same reason. I just think Deremensis have nicer patterning and that back sail /drool. Gorgeous creatures.

My Top 3 are #1 Trioceros deremensis #2 Trioceros quadricornis and #3 Trioceros montium. They have got to be a horned species with sailfins!!
