Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon? Never
Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders? Feeding 5-6 small to medium crickets. I am putting them in a bin under his favorite feeding spot. Gut loading with bug burger and fluker cricket drink.

Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites? droppings recently turning grey and has not been tested for parasites

Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule? 75W zoomed basking and 5.0 reptisun UVB bulb time from 7am-9pm
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps? temp range from 70-85 avrg. 70 at night and 85-90 at basking temp.
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity? 50-70 RH levels with analog test a mistking for consistancy
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind? Pothos. Temp treated sticks and various fake fines and leaves
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor? Placed near a window on a PC deck. Basking is placed at eye level. No A/c or ventilation nearby.
Location - Where are you geographically located? East TN. Nearby mountains.
