Feeding Fruit Flies

I have heard many different methods on how to feed flightless fruit flies to baby chameleons but was wondering if anyone had success with certain ways...

I have heard both cup feeding and letting the fruit flies climb up the tree and let the chams hunt for them...

Any suggestions?

Either way works. I use the free range method, though some usually fall to the bottom (flightless, you know). I just put a whole bunch in there. As babies, you can't really over feed them fruit flies.
