So I got a new veiled as some of you may now she is in a pretty big cage for her size she is eating but others have made a good point as some of the crickets could easily get away in such a large space anyone recommend putting her into a separate container for feeding? Or will this stress her out too much?

Moving her will produce stress in itself, put the crickets into a feeding cup, most will be contained.

I like to feed my chameleon through a chopstick method in which you let the bug climb up the chopstick, and kind of wave it slowly in front of the chameleon, rotating it so he or she can see all the tasty legs and what not.
After I see that my guy is interested, i'll lay the chopstick on the side of the mesh enclosure that my guy is on, and let him either shoot straight at it while it's still on the chop stick, or let the bug crawl off and let my guy stalk it for a while until lunch time
