Feeding veiled

hey, I've been reading articles on feeding a veiled chameleon and I've been pretty confused. There is a lot of conflicting information. I was hoping you could give me some advice to feeding one. I've researched everything else with chameleons. Can you tell me what you do?

I give my Cham Crickets then I swirl them in powder once or twice a week

For a very small veiled I would go with calci (phoenix) worms -fruit flies and pin head crickets and house flies adding in silkworms and small hornworms as he grows - and I can't stress how much a good gut load improves their over all health.
You want to be careful with supplements - dusting with plain calcium nearly every feeding and with calcium w/D 2 times a month & multivitamin 2 a month - too much D isn't good - and how much depends on what species you have so following the care sheet for a veiled is important -
I've seen different care sheets that give slightly different information - My suggestion is use the one from this site- it was put together to make things as simple as possible for new keepers and done by people with years of experience -
