Female Veiled chameleon age???

I'm trying to find out the age of my female veiled cham. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

No she's my third cham. However she is my first veiled, I've only owned Jackson's before her. She's a lot more sassy than my others.

The veiled was my first one the Jackson was my 2nd! Did yours ever go thro periods where they went to the bottom and seemed uninterested in their food maybe before sheds
