Ficus plant question

So i decided to go to homebase and buy a ficus today now i know some of you keep them also,ive never had much luck with plants my bonzai lost all it leafs etc lol and have never realy kept plants so im just wandering those who have them whats the best way to keep it healthy and strong i.e how often an how much water should it have an anything else its about 1 ft at the moment

Usually live plants come with care instructions on the tag. You could also look up the particular plant on a search engine and find its care needs there. If your plant is in your critters enclosure, it most likely is living a dream life with periodical watering and comfortable temps
