Firing up colours while sleeping?

Hi everyone,

Yoshi has been doing great but we have noticed he is normally extremely colourful while sleeping and are wondering if that's normal? We don't run lights at night and allow for a normal temperature drop. Also no misting or anything at that time. I have attached a pic for reference. Any advice or explanation is much appreciated!

Yes, that is normal for most if not all chameleons to show lighter/vibrant colors while sleeping.
