First time eating fruit!

haha well i was eating a mandarine a couple minutes ago and i had an idea, maybe i would try to get gonzo to eat some, i tried to get him to eat strawberies but he didnt and this time i wiggled a little piece of it he looked at it and after a minute or 2 he ate it and he loved it! i fed fim half a wedge. haha i just thought id let you guys know and is mandarine ok for them to eat?

Stanley has just started to eat strawberries!!!
he had a bit of a hard time trying to figure out how to eat them but worked it out. i am really happy he's eating them, i would think that fruits and veggies are a great addition to live foods..

i've been told just not to over feed them as it may cause runny poops, so once or twice a week, a couple of pieces, should be good..

Nice to see your lil good enjoying fruit now! I've been catching my 4 and a half month old veiled munching on his pothos. I plan on offering him some fruit/veges soon to see if he enjoys them.
