Firtile eggs? How to tell?

Just wondering if you can tell if these eggs are fertile. I honestly don't know if they are or not. My male panther used to spend time with my female but that was like 4 moths ago. Can panther chameleons keep eggs for that long inside them? This is her first clutch, 36 eggs. If you can tell me how to tell if eggs are fertile or if you can tell in the pic that be great! Best way to tell is put them incubating. You should know within a month if their good or bad. They will mold up if bad.
