My mom bought me a jar of Fluker's High Calcium Cricket Diet I was planning on buying some Cricket Crack but now I have this is this an alright gutload to use?

I bought some of that when I first started my cricket keeping. They ate it, well most of it; I think there were a lot of stems. Once I got my cricket crack I just dumped the Flukers in with my roach colony.

Use on those weeks where you arent able to use anything else (like the appropriate types of fresh vegetables). Its not the best product on the market, but its also not the worst. Remember it contains vitmain A and D,etc so be cautious of additionally supplementing heavily with those

ive been using it for about 2 months now (i change my gut loads out every so often) i like it, create no smell, yes they leave some stems behind, but easy to clean, i just use it along with my "mix of greens" for them, seems to work good as the dry part of the gut load mix..
