Purchase water cubes from Ryan Jarowski, get Cricket Crack (dry feeder mix from SSimsswiSS, and supplement those with fresh fruit and veggies. Bok Choy, Mustard greens are good leafy vegetables, Yams and sweet potatoes are good root vegetables.

Oatmeal is good for Supers, I add some Bran (red or regular). The bran can be bought for abour 50 cents a pound in grocery stores that have bulk food sections. I use water crystles for their water, but you can use veggies and fruits for H2O. I just don't like the mold possibility and they dry out too fast.(i Also just read the post about blue bottle flies)Also chamsitter suggested maybe to try out flies to get Ester out of his hunger strick........So Im going to try...My question is where do I get them and how do you take care of flies?? The Blue Bottle flies are purchased at mantisplace.com, they have a care sheet, and buy the Cup-o-flies container.

Be sure to use the search feature, there are threads on all of these questions!

I can offer you first hand experience on some of those questions.

Broccoli is a no for gutload. It has oxalates which block certain vitamins getting though. Calcium, I believe, someone else should confirm that.

Personally to gutload my supers and crix, I use cricketcrack from SSimsswiSS like Nick recommended. It is a great dry gutload. Then I use fresh carrots, kale, and fruit peels.

Some people use water crystals, but I just use a carrot or sweet potato to give them moisture. On a small scale it doesn't really bust your wallet.

The supers are fine in a bedding of oatmeal, but you should still gutload them the night before on some gutload. Kale, carrots, potatoes, etc, should be fine.

As for the flies, no clue, but I know plenty of people use them here, so I would imagine recommendations be flowing in by the end of the day.

ChamSitter is correct: Broccoli, any other member of the cabbage family, and spinnach should not be used as a gutload.

Crickets can be fed a quality commercial gutload plus fresh veg and fruit, or make your own - easy and cheap to do - follow this link for more info:
https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/sandrachameleon/75-feeder-nutrition.html

Fruit flies are great for Small chameleons, but if your chameleon isnt a baby, you'll want larger flies.

As was already mentioned, Superworms can live in a bedding/substrate of oats and bran with carrot, yam, squash, apple, etc for moisture and increased nutrition. Note: There is limited nutrition in potatoes - use yams instead, or any of the other things listed in the linked entry above.

I personally dislike those gell water crystals (which you can get at most pet stores or any online reptile/insect supplier). Your insects can get all the water they need from fresh fruits and vegetables.

personaly, I don't like the gutload that is sold for flys.
no real protien, total lack of calcium, no vatamins.

remember folks, we are feeding the flys to our chams...not trying to make our flys happy.

this is what I use to gutload my flys:

1x soft boild egg
2x tablespoons of plain yogurt
2x tablespoons of honey
add enough baby rice cereal (or I crush up some kashi cereal) to thicken it a bit.

just mash up the above ing, mix well before serving the leftovers.
flys don't need a true warter source, and they get plenty of moisture from the gutload.

your chams will thank you for the added calcium from the yogurt.:D
