flys wont hatch

my flies wont hatch. they are blue bottle and are kept in a deli cup with a closed lid at 90 degrees...on top of the beardie cage...they all pupated in 3 days...but its been a week now as pupae and nothing....i take the lid of for airation every other day, for a few seconds....what am i doing wrong...im so exited i cant wait to feed them off.

I think you have another week maybe a little less.

I have recived pupae that took almost two weeks to hatch out.

Since they were in the maggot stage they will take a bit to turn and hatch.
 
Ryan is correct.

If they are spikes (maggots) your looking at 2-2.5 weeks before they emerge as flies.

I order through MantisPlace and do both spikes and pupae. I like to feed the spikes to my little guys, and hatch whats left over. In fact, I just made a batch up this morning, and heres what my hatching containers look like:
