could someone please give me a list of everything i can feed a chameleon. I have a adult female who is getting board with wax worms and crickets, i need to find something else.
Also, if anyone could steer me to a online source of getting the food that would be great.

There are lots of things you can feed to your chameleon:
But always use caution when feeding him wild bugs to avoid pesticide poisoning and parasites.

You can feed him:
crickets, silkworms, house flies, blue bottle flies, fruit flies (4 hatchlings), praying mantis nymphs, locust, grasshoppers, katydids, indian stick insects, bees (pluck the stinger), snails (I avoid feeding wild caught), phoenix worms/ calci worms, roaches (dubia, banana roaches, etc), wax worm (occasional only), mealworms (occasional only), super worm, and so on and so on.

mulberryfarms.com, mantisplace.com, spiderpharm.com, snailtails.com, and coastalsilkworms.com are one of many sites that offer some of the insects listed above.

General rule is to avoid wild caught bugs unless you are absolutely sure that the insects live in a pesticide free area.

and obviously avoid poisonous insects (bright colored) such as: spiders (black widow, etc), scorpion, lady bugs, monarch butterflies, stink bugs, etc.

hope that helps
