For those of you with bearded dragons...

I now have to buy a bearded dragon because of this.

What did you train your iguana to do?
She knew to use the litter box to go to the washroom. She would climb over something if I said "up". Can't remember what all else I taught her....but she understood about as many words as a dog might.

My beardie knew his name...but I didn't try more than that with him.

Had almost the same with my iguana, only he went daily for a dump in the shower. He sat free range and walked 2 floors down to reach the bathroom, after his moment he went directly back up to his basking area.

I never though about trying to train one...but look at this...
I'm not a big fan of that channel at all.

It's not hard to get a beardie to come for food. All I have to do is reach for Stinkeye's bowl and he goes nuts in anticipation. Same if I make a move toward the roach bin.

I'll give them this much—beardies are observant, but so are my chameleon and Missus tortoise, especially when it comes to food.

Giving them a mirror is as bad as giving one to a chameleon, or any other solitary reptiles—it only causes them stress.

That bit at the end about not touching the blueberry is only because he couldn't see the blueberry from his angle. Same thing happens if Stinkeye doesn't see his bowl. Once I show him the bowl, he's all over it.
