Found a better way to force feed insects.

Well at least supers, i'm not sure how it would work on other bugs. To make it easier to feed, I first put the supers in water. They drown within a minute and then they are also cleaned of any grossness and therefore are able to hold more supplements. Then feed and voile(spelling)! Superworm a la crunch! And it's fresh! Yum yum!

Just be careful not to over supplement. Allot of dust could stick to a wet worm and you're just suppose to lightly dust.
