Fruits/Vegatables for Panthers

I was wondering what is the best way to offer fruits and vegatables to my Panther Chameleon? And what exactly should I give him? I've owned my Panther for little over a year and I'm trying to offer more of a variety of food my chameleon. Can anyone help me?

Panthers don't really eat vegetative matter (with some possible exceptions)
It's really a veiled thing.
In other words, your panther doesn't want or need fruits and vegetables.
Don't offer them to him.

I didn't think that they did and that's why I never gave him any. But I was going by here-say, that's why I figured I ask before I made an attempt. Thanx
