Fruits , veggies , and greens?

Hello my fellow chamm lovers.. So i have really become obsessed with my chamm, hadd her for about 3months or so now nd i love this website, learned alot nd get to interact wit other chamm lovers/ experts.. Anywho ive came across some threads where u guys mention giving ur chamm fresh greens nd wut not? My question is how do u go about offering it to ur chamm? And if any1 with experience in doing this can give me some input on wut they preferr? Any input is greatly appreciated?

Mine have two options for greenery ...

I generally include a few bits of collard greens or dandelion leaves in the cup with their feeder insects, and I've seen the chameleons grab a mouthful of leaves along with a cricket or superworm. Also, being veileds . . . the Schefflera plants in their enclosures have many bitemarks and shredded leaves...
